Summary:
An exploration of this Trust reserve on the north bank of the River Crouch. A good variety of waders and wildfowl should be seen on the grazing marshes and lagoons and birds of prey are possible. Three hides are available. This is an exposed site and underfoot conditions may be wet.

Summary:
A walk round this Essex County Council owned Country Park NW of Brentwood. A variety of birds, residents and winter visitors, should be seen in the woods and parkland areas with the possibility of interesting wildfowl on the lake. Visitor centre and cafe available.

Monthly session based outdoors in the woods, take part in den building, rope work, bushcraft skills and tool work, woodland crafts and explore wildlife. Enjoy some quality time outside with the family, ages 5+ all children must be accompanied by an adult. ADVANCE BOOKING ESSENTIAL. £6 per child.
Weekly Tuesday afternoon work parties are organised by the Tiptree Heath warden throughout the year, carrying out ongoing maintenance and access tasks in addition to the specific tasks carried out during the winter. Ring the warden if you wish to join in on a specific date to make sure that there will be a work party is taking place. Please wear old work clothes suitable for the weather conditions and sturdy footwear. Bring a drink and snack for the break.

Craft fayre at the Naze Visitor centre. We have many local crafts people selling a variety of handmade goods from jewellery, needlecraft, cards, wooden giftware, paintings and much more. Come and have a browse, maybe find a few Christmas gifts.
