Free-weaving uses the same materials as traditional basketry but results in a more random, organic structure. Make your own unique Christmas decoration whilst enjoying a relaxing day in good company. No experience is necessary and all tools and materials will be provided. However, if you have some sharp secateurs, please bring them along, and it may be a good idea to wear old clothes.
Lunch will be available to purchase from the tea room or bring a packed lunch which may be eaten in the classroom.
Come along to Abberton Reservoir Visitor Centre on Wednesday 21st November and meet Chris from Opticron who can help and advise you if you are interested in purchasing any optics.
We will also have 10% off the entire range, and any purchases will receive a free bird book and EWT water bottle!
Our range of binoculars, telescopes, tripods and accessories is carefully selected for quality, price and value for money and will be on display so you can try before you buy. All profits go to EWT to support our conservation work around the county.
