Summary: 

Illustrated talk by Matthew McGettigan, the ranger for Thurrock Thameside Nature Park. Created on one of the largest landfill sites in England beside the Thames Estuary, this EWT site has lots to offer. Matthew will tell us how the ‘avian hotspot’ has developed since Sir David Attenborough’s opening in 2013, explain a little about the important species that reside and pass through, and outline some future plans.
