Winter Work Parties - Saturdays on Danbury Ridge

Our Saturday work parties just outside of Chelmsford provide a great opportunity to get outdoors.

Work party volunteers are involved with practical maintenance tasks on nature reserves across Danbury Ridge, on a number of different nature reserves.  

These activities include removal of scrub, hedge laying, coppicing, litter picking, path clearance, pond clearance, bramble clearance and more. 

Volunteers will need to bring winter work wear, food and drink. Please be aware most sites are remote and will not have access to bathroom facilities
