Site Manager

Quick summary: 
We have an exciting opportunity at Fingringhoe Wick Visitor Centre, for a Site Manager. The successful applicant will work 37.5 hours per week across 7 days

Responsibilities include:
• Managing, supporting and motivating the Fingringhoe Wick site team
• Ensuring the Trust’s messages are well communicated
• Ensuring the team delivers an exciting education and engagement programme, to connect adults and communities with nature
• Ensuring we provide great opportunities for visitors to observe wildlife spectacles
• Increasing visitor numbers to the Centre
• Improving income through innovative retail and catering offer

Salary up to £27,000 per annum
