Makes around 1 litre.
Ingredients
- 1.5kg granulated sugar
- 1 litre water
- 15 Elderflower heads
- 2 lemons
- 2 limes
- 2 teaspoon citric acid
1. Put sugar and water into a pan, dissolving the sugar and bringing to the boil.
2. De-stem the Elderflower heads then add to the pan, bring the mixture back up to the boil.
3. Slice the lemons and limes thinly and place in a large bowl.
