Summary:
Join us for our fortnightly Wellbeing Walk. Led by one of our volunteers, the walk is aimed for those wishing to get back into fitness or start a fitness journey, maybe after an illness, or for those just wishing to enjoy a walk in a stunning location with other people. The walk will be on well-trodden paths and tracks and will take in the beautiful coastal scenery of the River Colne Estuary. A good pair of boots or shoes are advisable as is suitable clothing. After your walk, relax in the Nightingale Tearoom, where we have a good selection of hot, cold food and drinks available. There is no charge for the walk but a small donation of £2 to the Trust would be greatly appreciated. There is free parking and ample toilet facilities on site. All walks are undertaken at your own risk, please discuss with your doctor or health professional to ascertain your fitness for these walks.
