Summary: 

Enjoy the scenery and look out for wading birds feeding as the ebbing tide reveals the mud and sand. Please be aware that this walk will take up to 3 hours and is 5 miles in length and will involve walking over soft sand, saltmarsh and mud. Please wear suitable footwear, appropriate clothing and bring some water. Don’t forget your binoculars. Booking is essential and the suggested donation is £5.00.
