Could you help with facilities maintenance at our Main Offices?

We are looking for a facilities volunteer to help with the upkeep of our Main Offices. The ideal volunteer will be practical, methodical and good at maintenance tasks. They must have an understanding of safe practices and processes and the importance of keeping good records of checks carried out.

Overview:

• Carrying out practical facilities maintenance and monitoring tasks and keeping accurate records.
• Communicating effectively with the Trust’s staff about any issues.
• Independently following appropriate guidelines for safe practice.

Responsibility Areas and Key Activities:

• Electricity Reading recording for AHF and offices
• Oil Tanks monitoring and recording
• Legionella temperature and flush testing and recording in relevant files
• Fire Extinguisher, emergency lighting checks
• Vehicle checks such as oil levels, coolant levels, screen wash etc
• Help with the General upkeep of AHF including workshop and store rooms
