We have an exciting opportunity at Cory Environmental Visitor Centre at Thurrock Thameside Nature Park for a full time and a part time Catering Assistant. The successful applicants will work, part time – 22.5 hours per week, or full time 37.5 hours per week across 7 days.
Responsibilities include:
• Delivering a high quality catering experience at our visitor centre. We want to provide our customers with a good value and great quality coffee shop style menu of hot and cold refreshments. They should be able to enjoy a simple and wholesome offer of breakfasts, soups, jacket potatoes, savouries, sandwiches and cakes.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene and safety are maintained at all times
• Supervising volunteers to ensure the smooth running of the catering offer
